Canon All in One Printers
Canon All in One Printers: A Review of the Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer
Your business is like food to your body – it is the food of your life. Without it, how would you be able to spend for your family and for yourself? That’s why most people give high regard to their businesses and the methods they use to ensure that they will be able to make the most out of their hard work. As for me, I think Canon all in one printers are essential for my business, as I have seen the beauty of using these tools. And one of the best models I have used during my long years of work is the Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer, and I have written this review to show you why.
Design
I have had several laser printers throughout my entire business life, and this model is similar to how most laser printers look. However, I do admire its compactness as it can still be settled on top of a shelf, unlike most of the laser all in ones that I have owned. Nowadays, though, almost everything is either getting bigger or smaller, and it’s good that a smaller model like this can really compete with bigger ones. It has the dimensions of 15.4″ x 21.0″ x 17.9″ and a weight of 27.6 pounds. You really have to make room for it, though, but it’s a very useful item so that’s not a problem for me.
The device has a simple LCD display which shows the basic information required during a printing, copying, scanning, and faxing process. There are a lot of buttons which are all specified for different tasks, so you can make sure that you know what you’re doing. It gets a bit confusing at the beginning, as with what happened to me, but I got the hand of it afterwards and now I have absolutely no problems with navigating through the machine.
Printing and Other Functions
It’s Canon all in one printer, so it can virtually do the four basic functions of printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. As a printer, it’s definitely awesome. I especially love he single cartridge system which makes it very easy to replace ink, not to mention it saves a lot of money in having to buy two inks. The single cartridge system allows better printing quality because the drum and toner come in a single packaging. This eliminates the need for any complicated two-ink modification.
The printer can produce output in as fast as 23 pages per minute, quite speedy work which is attributed to laser printers. There are two paper trays – a cassette tray and a multi-purpose tray – which makes printing much easier because you don’t have to keep on refilling the feeder.
The copier can produce copies as quickly as printing, and it can also reduce or enlarge documents to preset sizes 50%, 64%, 78%, 129%, and 200%. There are two copy input mechanisms, the platen and the ADF methods. You can copy documents with a maximum size of 8.5’’ x 11.7’’ for platen mechanisms, and 8.5’’ x 14’’ for ADF. You also get to save both ink and paper through the 2 on 1 feature of the copier, where you can copy two pages in one paper.
The scanner mechanism makes use of the color contact image sensor with a 24-bit depth. It can save documents in various formats including PDF, JPEG, TIFF, and BMP.
The fax machine is a very good plus for this device, since I need to receive a lot of incoming faxes worldwide. The fax memory can save up to 256 pages of incoming fax documents, and you can also save 100 speed dial numbers in the memory. The fax produces a super fine resolution of 203×391 dpi. You can also print back-to-back even for incoming fax.
Other Features
With this model, you can produce duplex prints with whichever method – printing, scanning, and faxing. This has a very big impact on the environment, and saving paper is a small way of helping Mother Nature. The only catch is that it isn’t an Energy Star qualified device, which makes me feel like I’m adding some sort of contribution to the green house effect. But when I see the output that this printer produces, I can say that no one would ever regret getting it.
Conclusion
I give very high importance to the documents I receive and produce for my business, and having the Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer is one of the biggest factors for the success of my business. This is one of the best Canon all in one printers that I have ever had. Some people might find difficulty setting it up and having it to function, but I never had a problem with this device and I am very confident to recommend it to all business owners out there who need a good multifunctional device for their businesses.
Canon All in One Printers: A Review of the Canon imageCLASS MF3240 Monochrome Laser All-in-One Printer
Canon all in one printers are very popular, especially because of their name. But as a consumer, you can’t just depend on the brand name. You also have to be smart in making an investment, especially if it’s for your own business or livelihood. As for me, I have achieved the best results with using the Canon imageCLASS MF3240 Monochrome Laser All-in-One Printer, which I have found to be as functional as can be. But you need to read my review before you find out why.
Design
The model is simple enough, except that it has a nice, blue accent on its printout panel, adding some points to its aesthetic value. It’s also very compact if you compare it to many other Canon all in one printers or other brands, for that matter. The dimensions of the device are 17.7″ x 18.2″ x 14.5″ and it has a weight of 26.4 pounds including cartridge weight.
The LCD display is an ordinary two-liner which shows basic information about the process being performed by the printer. The device is not designed for multiple users so it isn’t easy to set u a network with the printer in it, but that’s not a problem for me because I only use it on a single computer which I use solely for business purposes.
Printing and Other Functions
The monochrome laser printer is excellent in producing high quality output. It can print as fast as 21 pages per minute on letter size papers. The paper tray can carry up to 250 sheets, which is very convenient for any user, eliminating the need to refill the feeder every now and then. The print resolution can reach up to 1200×600 dpi, producing excellent prints and very professional documents.
The copier produces the same resolution and print speed as the printer, so you can be sure that your copies are as close to the original as possible. You can reduce or enlarge your copies to preset sizes of 50%, 64%, 78%, 129%, and 200%. The copier even has memory for various documents that you had copied previously. What I like best about this copier is that it helps me save paper by allowing 2 on 1 printing, where you can print two copied documents in a single paper.
The scanner is a flatbed which makes use of color contact image sensor for reading documents. You can only scan a maximum paper size of 8.5’’ x 11.7’’ though, so A4 and letter papers are the only documents you can scan fully. For any longer length, the scanner cuts it at the assigned length. I find this quite inconvenient especially because most business papers are legal sized and I need to scan the remaining end and create a whole new document to get the two parts to stick as one.
The fax machine has a resolution of 203×391 dpi, and it can save 100 preset speed dials. The memory can save up to 256 pages of previous fax documents.
Other Features
The device makes use of a single cartridge system which allows the user to save more money because you only have to buy one cartridge instead of two. The toner and drum are mixed in a single package, eliminating the need for a complicated set up process and mixing the two inks. It also produces better quality documents which heightens the functionality of this laser printer.
The device is a member of the generation Green campaign of Canon which aims to help Mother Nature by saving many resources including paper, energy, and reducing wastes. Under the Energy Saver mode, the model can run in as low as 5 Watts of consumption. It is also an Energy Star qualified device. The 4 in 1, 2 in 1 features allow you to save more paper by printing multiple pages in one paper. There’s also a toner saving mode feature of the printer which reduces ink consumption of up to 20%. This device is definitely a great buy.
Conclusion
What I liked most about the Canon imageCLASS MF3240 Monochrome Laser All-in-One Printer that really made me buy it was its affordable price. As compared to many other Canon all in one printers, this model has a very low price which really attracts a user to buy it. But despite its sale price, I never regretted getting this model because so far, it has roven its worth to me and I am very happy with it. To all the people out there who are looking for a good multifunctional laser printer, I highly recommend getting this device.
Canon All in One Printers: A Review of the Canon imageCLASS MF4370DN Laser All-in-One Printer
I have been looking for a Canon all in one printer which I can depend on to provide my needs for my businesses. Luckily, I found the Canon imageCLASS MF4370DN Laser All-in-One Printer which I am more than happy to have, but I do not want to just say it in plain words. I also want you to know why I admire this device, so I wrote this review for your enlightenment.
Design
The printer has a nice gray-black finish which is quite unusual for a laser all in one, since most of these devices are plain white. It’s also quite compact with the dimensions of 15.4″ x 21.0″ x 17.9″ and a weight of 27.6 pounds without a cartridge. It’s not suitable for frequent transferring from one place to another, but it’s definitely easy to set up on any table top or shelf. But what makes this device a better one compared to many other Canon all in one printers is that it’s internet-enabled and can be used by multiple users connected in a single network. All you have to do is activate a wireless router and install the settings in all the computers you want to include in the network and connect the printer through an Ethernet cable, and once they are all connected in that network, you can use all the computers to print on this device.
The LCD display is quite plain and is used mainly for viewing basic information while the device performs its various tasks. The device is a multifunctional machine so it doesn’t just offer plain monochrome printing – it also provides scanning, copying, and faxing. This is a plus for me because I really have a lot of use for those functions.
Printing and Other Functions
As a laser printer, I can’t ask for more from this model. You can ask the many other users of this model and they will all tell you that it prints excellently. It can print to a speed of 23 pages per minute for letter size documents. It also produces documents of up to 1,200×600 dpi resolutions. There are two trays, the multifunctional and the cassette paper trays, which allow you to keep more paper for the less need of refilling.
The copier can produce the same speed of copies per minute as the printer with resolutions of 600×600 dpi. You can reduce or enlarge your documents on preset sizes of 50%, 64%, 78%, 129%, and 200%. The platen copy input can reproduce documents with a maximum size of 8.5’’ x 11.7’’ while for bigger documents up to 8.5’’ x 14’’, you can use the ADF copy input. The copier also has toner saver mode which allows you to save a lot more ink and even paper using the 2 on 1 feature which lets you reproduce two documents in a single page.
The scanner makes use of color contact image sensor technology to produce document images with a bit depth of 24-bit. The platen input can scan a maximum document size of 8.5’’ x 11.7’’ while the ADF input can scan up to 8.5’’ x 14’’. It can also create images in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, and BMP formats.
The fax machine can produce super fine text resolutions of up to 203×391 dpi and save up to 256 pages in the memory. There are 100 dials that can be saved in the memory with eight one-touch speed dials. The fax can also print duplex automatically so it allows you to save a lot more paper.
Other Features
The duplex printing feature of this device is applicable for all printing, copying, and faxing functions. The Ethernet port makes network use a lot easier and can provide accessibility even for computers at different areas within the network. You can print on the device downstairs even if your computer is in the room upstairs. The printer makes use of a single cartridge which lets you save more money as compared to using two different cartridges – one for the drum and one for the toner. The drum and toner are mixed in one cartridge so it’s easier to set up and eliminates the need for complicated mixing.
The best feature of this device is that it’s a member of the Generation Green campaign and using it not only gives you benefits, but Mother Nature as well. You can reduce power consumption to as low as 3 Watts through the Energy Saver mode. The device is also Energy Star qualified so it’s definitely environment-friendly.
Conclusion
There are many Canon all in one printers, but the Canon imageCLASS MF4370DN Laser All-in-One Printer is definitely my favorite. The only catch is that it doesn’t run in Mac, but that’s no problem for me because I use a Windows operating system. Apart from that, I believe no one will ever be dissatisfied with this model. Therefore can confidently say that I highly recommend this model for anyone out there who needs an all in one laser printer for business or personal use.
